Volunteer at the High Altitude and Near Space Conference September 28-30, 2010

Thank you for your interest in supporting the High Altitude and Near Space Conference.

This is the second annual conference, and we are very excited to provide opportunities for volunteers to help with the conference. If you are interested click the Volunteer Registration button.

Volunteers get to attend a Panel and/or Keynote Sessions based on 4 hour work shifts.

  • Speaker Lounge Host/Greeter

  • Conference Office Staffing, Set up and Strike
  • Summit Production Set Up and Strike
  • Presenter/Speaker Support
  • Pre-Summit Planning & Administrative Support

As a non-profit organization, the donation of any service or products that enable and support our conference are welcomed and greatly appreciated.
