Sponsor Contract

The application to sponsor or reserve exhibit space at the High Altitude and Near Space Conference will become a binding contract with Rocky Mountain Technology Alliance (hereinafter referred to as RMTA) when a completed application is received by RMTA and regardless of when payment is received. This contract is based upon the terms set forth below and on the attached pages hereof and the rates and the rules and regulation as may be established from time to time and updated and amended all of which constitute a part of this contract.
